**What You Will Do**

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

The Seasonal Associate role includes positions such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, and CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service through greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with locating, selecting, demonstrating, preparing, or loading merchandise. Specific responsibilities vary by role, for example: assembling merchandise (Assembler), stocking merchandise (Receiver/Stocker), loading merchandise (CSA Loader), assisting customers (CSA Sales Floor), and processing sales and returns (CSA Front End). This list is not exhaustive, and associates may be asked to perform other duties as needed. Applicants may be considered for any of these roles depending on store needs.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel to meetings, training, or support for neighboring stores.

**What We're Looking For**

• Hourly Seasonal schedule generally from 10 to 40 hours per week; additional hours may be required.
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week, with Receiver/Stocker roles requiring late evening, night, and early morning availability.

**Physical Requirements:** Ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting:

• Lift at least 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance (except CSA Front End).
• Lift at least 10 pounds without assistance; may lift over 10 pounds with or without assistance (CSA Front End).

**What You Need To Succeed**

Minimum Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs (Loader, Front-End, and Sales Floor): 6 months of experience using a computer and a handheld device (e.g., mobile phone, LRT gun, tablet).

Preferred Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months of experience operating forklift or similar equipment.
• CSAs: 6 months of retail experience including customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.
