Jushi Holdings Inc. in Reading, PA is seeking a Seasonal Dispensary Patient Consultant to deliver concierge-level service and support at our retail location.

You will guide patrons, explain benefits, manage promotions, and contribute to a compliant, customer-focused shopping experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate customer service, and adherence to safety and regulatory policies while handling POS operations and product knowledge.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to the company mission and core values with professionalism.
• Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons and answer questions.
• Lead tours of sales floor and make product recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of member benefits, discounts, coupons and promotions.
• Follow product handling procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and operate POS systems and cash drawer.
• Work with team to meet sales, guest satisfaction and compliance goals.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
