Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Dispensary Patient Consultant to provide concierge-level service in our Reading, PA location, guiding patrons through product selections and promotions. You will support day-to-day store operations while ensuring compliance with company policy and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes professional communication, accuracy in service, and teamwork to drive sales and guest satisfaction during the seasonal period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail customer service.
• Strong computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Ability to multi-task in person and over the phone.
• Occasional local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company mission and core values with professionalism.
• Provide outstanding customer service and direct questions or concerns appropriately.
• Lead tours of the sales floor and make product recommendations.
• Know patient benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions; promote memberships.
• Follow product handling procedures; adhere to safety and regulatory policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization; stock items; sweep, mop, and sanitize.
• Operate cash register, POS system, and cash drawer.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals.
• All other duties as assigned.
