Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Pittsburgh is seeking a Seasonal Dispensary Patient Consultant to deliver concierge-level customer service and guide patrons through the shopping experience.

The role supports a compliant, high-energy retail environment powered by strong product knowledge and friendly service. You will assist customers, answer questions, stock shelves, operate the POS, and help maintain a welcoming store.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone and in person.
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or directing questions and concerns.
• Lead tours of sales floor within the store, making product recommendations based on ongoing research of products available.
• Retain knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, promotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests.
• Abide by product handling procedures, safety policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store by stocking items, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Operate cash register, POS system and cash drawer.
• Work as part of a team to ensure sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals are met on schedule.
• All other job duties as assigned.
