Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Dispensary Patient Consultant to deliver concierge-level service and support within our retail location. You will assist patrons, explain promotions, and help guide product selections while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include customer service, sales floor tours, merchandise knowledge, and accurate POS transactions. The role demands teamwork, reliability, and the ability to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail or similar.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent multitasking, communication and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company mission, core values, and professional standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions or directing to the right person.
• Lead tours of sales floor and make product recommendations based on research.
• Maintain knowledge of patient benefits, discounts, and promotions to encourage memberships.
• Follow safety and regulatory procedures for product handling and store operations.
• Keep store clean and organized; stock items and maintain facilities.
• Operate POS system and cash drawer; process transactions.
• Work with team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals.
