Job summary

Barnes & Noble College is seeking Seasonal Campus Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service in a vibrant campus bookstore environment. You will greet students, help them find materials and merchandise, and ring up purchases at the POS system.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Physical tasks may include lifting, stocking, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, apparel, and other merchandise.
• Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Support inventory, receiving, and order fulfillment tasks.
• Learn merchandise, promotions, and store services to confidently assist customers.
