Wolfoods seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen operations at a busy summer camp. You will oversee daily prep, production, and staff management in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining allergen safety, portion control, and scratch cooking quality while managing inventory and reporting. This live-in role requires dedication to a demanding 6‑day, 70‑hour week schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Allergens required before start date.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to live on-site and commit to 6-day/70-hour weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; ensure scratch cooking and portion control.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and health department sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory management and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
