The Salvation Army Northwoods Camp in Finlayson, MN, seeks a Summer Camp Healthcare Manager to ensure the health and safety of campers (ages 6–17) and staff. You will provide medical care, manage health resources, keep records, and supervise First Aid.

This on-site role requires residence for the summer (June–July 2027). Responsibilities include camper screenings, staff safety training, sanitation oversight, and contributing to camp activities.

Qualifications

• CPR, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications are required.
• Healthcare degree or equivalent preferred (RN/paramedic/CNA/PCA).
• Background checks must be passed.
• Experience in healthcare and with children is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide Healthcare (30%): Administer health care to campers and staff, consulting with a licensed medical professional as needed.
• Camper health screenings and supervision of sanitation.
• Maintain accurate medical records and oversee First Aid procedures.
• Train staff on health, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Oversee on-site health resources and medical supplies.
