Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
1 year or more related experience or training preferred.
Current Washington State Food Handlers Card.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Six months or more related experience or training preferred.
Ability to understand and communicate basic directions verbally in English.
Responsibilities
Demonstrates knowledge about food safety and follows all food and safety regulations.
Prepares and serves food to guests and staff.
Transports food and supplies as needed.
Ensures proper rotation of food and supplies.
Maintains temperature logs.
Maintains high standards of cleanliness.
Maintains security of kitchen.
Reports the need for any equipment repair to the Food Services Director.
Relates to county health officials, food suppliers, guests, and staff in a positive manner.
May supervise food service personnel as directed.
