Intuit, Inc. is seeking a tax professional to support TurboTax Live Business customers in a fully remote, high-volume environment. You will provide expert guidance, complete business tax returns (1065/1120-S), and explain tax concepts clearly to customers while maintaining top-tier service.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and the ability to meet peak filing deadlines during busy seasons from a quiet, dedicated home office with reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with knowledge of federal and state tax laws for business returns (1065/1120-S).
• 2+ years preparing federal/state individual 1040 returns for clients.
• Experience with Schedule C returns.
• Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry customers.

Responsabilités

• Work in a virtual, customer-facing role using video tools to interact with customers.
• Provide tax advice and full-service business return preparation and signature.
• Answer product/software questions and explain tax calculations to customers.
• Document customer interactions and strive to meet key performance metrics.
