Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Tax Professional to support TurboTax Live Business customers remotely. You will provide expert guidance, prepare and review business tax returns, and explain tax concepts clearly to clients across the United States.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, accuracy, and the ability to navigate Form 1065, 1120-S, and Schedule C while maintaining compliance with Circular 230. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for many clients.
• 2+ years preparing federal and state individual 1040 returns.
• Experience with Schedule C (sole proprietorships) required.
• Active PTIN and knowledge of Circular 230.
• Reside in the United States and capable of remote work during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Virtual, customer-facing tax guidance and expert advice via video.
• Full service business return preparation and signature for partnerships and S corps.
• Explain tax calculations and product inquiries in everyday language.
• Document interactions and meet performance metrics.
• Participate in pilot testing and training activities as required.
