Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax return prep for 1065/1120-S.
• 2+ years of federal/state individual 1040 prep.
• Bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Experience with Schedule C returns.
• Experience serving service-industry clients.
• Must have or obtain PTIN.
• Knowledge of Circular 230.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax guidance to TurboTax Live Business customers.
• Perform full-service business return preparation and signature.
• Address product/software inquiries and tax calculations.
• Filing extensions and documenting customer interactions.
• Meet performance metrics and participate in improvements.
