Intuit, Inc. is seeking an experienced tax professional to join TurboTax Live Business as a remote Tax Advisor. You will guide customers through complex business tax returns (1065, 1120-S) for partnerships and S corps, provide tax explanations, and support product questions.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer interactions, knowledge of federal/state tax laws, and meeting peak filing deadlines. A dedicated home office and active PTIN are required.

Competenze

• Strong business tax preparation experience and knowledge of federal/state tax laws.
• 2+ years preparing individual 1040 returns with tax software.
• Experience with Schedule C and service industry business tax returns.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain state licenses if required.

Mansioni

• Provide tax guidance and prepare full service business returns (Partnerships, S-Corps).
• Answer product questions and explain tax terms in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video and audio tools to deliver tax advice.
• Document interactions and meet performance metrics.
• Assist with tax extensions and precise tax calculations.
• Complete required training and participate in pilots and validations.
