Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated tax professional to help TurboTax Live Business customers complete their returns.

You will manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations and advise on federal and state tax laws with clear, customer-friendly explanations. The role is virtual, customer-facing, and requires excellent communication, tax knowledge, and ability to work during peak filing periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 returns for clients.
• Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation is strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing Schedule C returns (sole proprietorships) and business tax returns for service industry customers.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain state licenses if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers virtually to prepare and file business and personal tax returns.
• Provide tax advice and answer questions using plain language.
• Prepare full-service business returns and obtain signatures.
• Handle product/software inquiries and explain tax calculations.
