You will explain tax terms, offer full service preparation, and support customers with federal and state filings using TurboTax Business products. The role emphasizes clear communication, accuracy, and customer empathy as you resolve inquiries, file extensions, and provide tax insights during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience for partnerships and S corporations.
• Experience with federal and state returns for individuals and businesses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a remote, customer-facing role.
• Able to use government sites and professional resources to answer tax questions.
• Willingness to complete training and comply with security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly manner.
• Provide tax advice and full service business return preparation and signature.
• Address product questions and explain tax calculations clearly.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records.
• Meet KPI targets and participate in pilot tests or training as needed.
