Qualifications

• Basic understanding of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance.
• Ability to learn from on-the-job training.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for long periods, and work without close supervision.
• Must be able to climb a 12 ft ladder.
• Must be available to work overtime and flex schedule, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of all corporation buildings and grounds.
• Operation, repair, and maintenance of doors and hardware.
• Painting and wall/floor repairs.
• Minor electrical repairs: bulbs, ballast, switches.
• Minor plumbing repairs: faucet, toilets.
• Preventive maintenance on any assigned equipment.
• Snow removal and transportation between buildings.
