Job summary

Colwen Hotels is seeking friendly Seasonal Breakfast Servers for Ocean Surf and Ocean Sands at York Beach, York, Maine. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a positive attitude to create memorable experiences.

You will work in a fast-paced coastal setting, maintain knowledge of menu items, handle guest questions, and assist with dining room duties. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with opportunities for growth and a people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team.
• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and welcome guests with a smile and greeting.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to tables.
• Answer menu questions and maintain knowledge of items.
• Ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction; correct items as needed.
• Clear tables, reset settings, and assist with dining room duties.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments.
• Work across shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
