The Ocean Restaurant at Cape Arundel Inn & Resort is hiring a Part-Time Breakfast Server. The Kennebunkport Resort Collection is a community of hospitality professionals, offering competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

We seek friendly, dependable staff with guest focus, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is $12 per hour plus tips, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must know how to prioritize, delegate, and respond in a timely fashion.
• Works under pressure, multi-tasks, and stays focused with interruptions.
• Understanding of hotel restaurant operations; food and beverage knowledge, steps of service, and cash management.
• Responsible for maintaining exceptional service levels for all events.
• Continually strive for sales growth by knowing current menus.
• Be perceptive, proactive, and engaging; anticipate guest needs.
• Set a positive tone and enthusiastic attitude.
• Engage in clear, consistent communication with leadership and restaurant staff.
• Ensure that each customer is served efficiently and effectively.
