Job summary

The Kennebunkport Resort Collection is seeking friendly Servers for The Burleigh in Kennebunkport, Maine. You will guide guests through our menu, deliver food and drinks with energy, and contribute to our warm, welcoming dining room atmosphere.

Experience in delivering elevated service, wine and beverage knowledge, and ability to upsell while ensuring guest satisfaction. Flexible hours, including weekends, are available in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly, attentive service.
• Ability to guide guests through the menu and upsell where appropriate.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and alcohol offerings.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas per service standards and seasonally for outside spaces.
• Greet guests, take orders, and enter into POS; deliver and check satisfaction.
• Handle payments and follow cash-handling policies; assist with side tasks and pre-service prep.
