Qualifications

• Cooking skills and basic kitchen skills required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for early morning shifts and execute opening procedures for breakfast service.
• Prepare and execute breakfast items per recipes and safety practices.
• Keep stations stocked and organized; rotate inventory and restock supplies for next shift.
• Maintain clean and sanitized workstations, equipment, and utensils per health regs.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to guests.
