Schweitzer is hiring for a Seasonal Fulltime breakfast service role in Sandpoint, Idaho. You will prepare and serve breakfast items, set up serving lines, and ensure stations are ready for guests at opening time.

Qualifications

• English reading and writing is required
• Idaho Food Safety Certification (training provided)
• Cooking skills and basic kitchen skills are needed
• Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to fumes, odors, mechanical hazards and burn hazards

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for early morning shifts and execute opening procedures
• Prepare breakfast items and grab‑and‑go items following recipes
• Maintain a stocked, clean workspace and rotate supplies
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and sanitize stations
• Provide courteous and efficient guest service during breakfast service
