Responsibilities

• Lead and support the store operations to achieve sales and service goals.
• Provide extraordinary service to create genuine customer connections.
• Deliver an omni-channel experience using MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup.
• Act as floor service leader, communicating goals and metrics.
• Teach product knowledge and brand messaging to the team.
• Assist with shipment processing, restocking and product placement to maintain visuals.
• Support safety, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
• Onboard and train new hires and participate in store initiatives.
