UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates in North Las Vegas to deliver the best possible customer experience every day. You will listen to customers, offer product recommendations, and communicate the brand’s sustainability initiatives and commitments.

You will operate as part of a dynamic team, assist with in-store operations, maintain merchandising standards, and support store goals while providing friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsabilités

• Create personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Answer questions and explain our return policy.
• Operate cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandized per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean and organized back-stock and break areas.
• Report to Store Manager if late or absent.
