Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Albany, NY is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the UO experience to life through personal style, engaging customers, and knowledge of drops and trends.

You’ll help shoppers across in-store and online channels, keep displays fresh, stock as needed, and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for Urban Outfitters.

• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: show up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations and share enthusiasm for products.
• Make Shopping Seamless: help restock and style displays to keep the store fresh and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers whether in-store, online, or elsewhere.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to learning and trying new things as daily needs demand.
• Work as a Team: support your colleagues and keep the store a positive place.
