Urban Outfitters in Buffalo, NY is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the brand to life through real connections and personal style. You’ll engage customers, style displays, and create a memorable in-store experience that aligns with the UO vibe.

You’ll stay informed on drops and promotions, support customers across in-store and online channels, and thrive in a flexible, team-driven environment. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required.

• Love for Urban Outfitters and its brand.
• Confidence expressing personal style and creativity.
• People-first mindset and strong communication.
• Collaborative attitude with positive energy.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, not required.

• Bring the Brand to Life: show up as you, stay in the know on product drops, trends, and in-store happenings.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations and share enthusiasm for products.
• Make Shopping Seamless: keep the store organized, restocked, and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers shopping in-store, online, or hybrid.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to trying new things and learning as you go.
• Work as a Team: support colleagues, share ideas, and maintain a positive store environment.
