Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors for an Albany, NY store. You’ll bring the UO experience to life through authentic customer interactions, fashion-forward styling, and a vibrant in-store presence.

You’ll engage shoppers, help with product drops, restocking, and display styling, while keeping the space inviting and on-brand. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected; prior retail experience is a plus, but passion counts too.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to express personal style and connect with customers.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: show up as yourself and stay in the know on products and trends.
• Create the energy on the sales floor: engage customers with authentic conversations.
• Make shopping seamless: keep the store inviting, organized, and well stocked.
