Job summary

Old Navy in Augusta, ME is hiring a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll engage shoppers, educate them about products, and provide memorable service using our omni-channel approach.

You’ll work with leadership to meet store goals, handle sales floor duties, fittings, cash wrap, and operations while maintaining a neat, organized space. Prior retail enthusiasm and flexible scheduling help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Engage with customers to promote loyalty programs and brand experiences.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences using omnichannel offerings.
