Old Navy in Waterville, ME is hiring a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll provide exceptional service, educate shoppers about loyalty programs, and use product knowledge to inform and inspire wardrobe choices.

Collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class omnichannel experience. You’ll support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house while keeping a neat, organized workspace.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and communication to engage with shoppers.
• Ability to educate customers about loyalty programs and product features.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the store.
• Willingness to work across sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house.
