You will engage customers, educate them on loyalty programs, support store operations, and collaborate with leadership to meet store goals. This role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require visa sponsorship.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and provide excellent service.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Utilize omnichannel offerings to enhance the customer experience.
• Operate across sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
