Urban Outfitters in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is hiring Seasonal Brand Ambassadors who bring energy, personal style, and a love for pop culture to life in-store. You’ll connect with customers, share enthusiasm for products, and help create an authentic UO experience.

You'll stay curious, flexible, and ready to jump in where needed, from restocking displays to helping customers shop across in-store and online channels. Retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Formación

• A genuine love for Urban Outfitters.
• Confidence in expressing your personal style and creativity.
• A people-first mindset, you enjoy meeting and helping others.
• A collaborative attitude and positive energy.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Bring the Brand to Life by staying in the know on product drops, trends, and in-store happenings.
• Create energy on the salesfloor by engaging customers and sharing enthusiasm for products.
• Make shopping seamless through organization, restocking, and assisting customers across in-store and online channels.
• Stay curious and flexible, ready to jump in where needed and learn as you go.
• Work as a team to support colleagues and maintain a positive store environment.
