Urban Outfitters in Malibu, CA is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the brand to life through personal style and energetic customer interactions. You’ll engage shoppers, share product drops, and help create a positive, on-brand shopping experience.

Role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for fashion and pop culture. Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) is expected, with a generous employee discount and growth opportunities within the brand.

Formación

• Customer service experience in retail or service roles.
• Ability to express personal style and creativity with confidence.
• People-first mindset and enjoyment of helping others.
• Collaborative attitude and positive energy in a team.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Bring the Brand to Life through authentic interactions and knowledge of product drops and trends.
• Create energetic and engaging in-store experiences for customers.
• Make shopping seamless by keeping the space organized and on-brand, assisting with restocking and displays.
• Utilize in-store tech to support customers across in-store and online shopping.
• Stay curious and flexible, ready to learn and pitch in where needed.
• Work as a team to support colleagues and maintain a positive store environment.
