Urban Outfitters in New York is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors who bring the UO experience to life through personal style and genuine connections. You’ll engage customers, share product excitement, and help create a store vibe that’s authentic and fun.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by staying in the know on product drops, trends, and in-store and online happenings.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor through authentic conversations and enthusiasm for products.
• Make Shopping Seamless by restocking, styling displays, and keeping the store organized.
• Use in-store tech to support customers across in-store, online, or hybrid shopping experiences.
• Stay Curious + Flexible, be open to learning and trying new things every day.
• Work as a Team by supporting teammates and maintaining a positive store environment.
