Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Chicago is seeking a Seasonal Boutique Operations Associate to keep the store running smoothly and deliver exceptional client experiences during the holiday season. You will support stock management, visual merchandising, and back-of-house operations to ensure flawless execution across all departments.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in stock or retail operations, are digitally proficient with POS systems, and can work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in stock management.
• Mandatory experience in retail or administration, ideally in luxury.
• Digital savvy; experience with operational POS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, HRIS, Power Point, Client tracking systems and POS.
• Able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Stock management for saleable products and inventories.
• Manage stock flows with supply chain and alert for seasonality.
• Oversee non-saleable flows and reporting with HQ.
• Lead Visual Merchandising and store displays; maintain pristine environment.
• Coordinate back-of-house, deliveries, and cleaning teams.
• Support events, shifts, and temporary staff.
• Ensure procedures align with brand standards.
• Drive store performance and customer experience.
