Job summary

Conservation Legacy seeks a Boundary Marking Crew Leader II to mentor crews in the Southeast, based in Chattanooga, TN. You’ll lead conservation tasks on forests and travel to sites, ensuring safety and quality work while supporting youth development.

Expect a 9-on/5-off hitch, field camping, and duties including training, logistics, and daily documentation, with wages of $925–$1125 per week depending on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold current advanced medical certification (WFR with CPR/AED) or be willing to obtain.
• Ability to manage all aspects of crew life and production.
• Must be over 21 or have a driver’s license for 3+ years without restrictions.
• Must speak, understand and write English.

Responsibilities

• Mentor assistant crew leader and promote personal growth and team dynamics.
• Train, motivate and supervise a crew of young adults to complete conservation tasks.
• Coordinate logistics with project partners and staff.
• Maintain field notes and incident reports per policy.
