Popular, a Puerto Rico financial institution, seeks an HR Representative (Seasonal) to support Talent Acquisition and records management during an office relocation project. The role involves screening, background checks, and candidate communications in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
• One year of HR experience including recruitment processes, documentation, records management, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate initial assessments virtually and onsite; perform corrections and maintain records of results.
• Coordinate background checks with third‑party providers and review results; prepare pre‑adverse and adverse action letters.
• Complete candidate verifications (OFAC, Credit History, Security, ARX).
• Coordinate drug testing with candidates and suppliers; monitor results.
• Ensure file quality and digitize records within established timeframes.
• Support Talent Acquisition administrative activities and audits.
