Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Des Moines to drive sales through passionate, consultative beauty guidance and expert product knowledge. You will maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards, support replenishment, and enhance client experiences with personalized service.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products, train regularly, and collaborate with store teams to ensure cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and omni-channel execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends credibility to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale including replenishment and price changes.
• Report missed or damaged products/fixtures to supervisor.
