Kohl's Sephora at Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and to engage clients with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and execute merchandise sets while supporting replenishment and visual standards according to Kohl’s Sephora standards.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends credibility
• Demonstrate products and application to drive sales
• Complete required training to expand knowledge
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards and stock management
• Support omni-channel processing within the department
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including stock counts and price changes
• Communicate product issues to supervisor and support displays
