You will support inventory, replenishment, and training while delivering excellent client experiences across days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operations standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including back stocking and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged products/fixtures to the supervisor.
