Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.

• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet each guest entering the store, engaging with their needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events delivering guest experiences.
• Keep the sales floor replenished, clean, and organized; maintain store standards.
• Handle transactions, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders as needed.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to achieve sales goals and loss-prevention standards.
