Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences in-store, perform cashier tasks, and support events and services. You will engage guests, recommend products, and maintain clean, well-stocked fixtures to drive sales.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work flexible days including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, provide product information and recommendations.
• Process cashier transactions and handle returns/exchanges.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean and organized.
• Demonstrate makeup, skincare and other products to guests.
• Support in-store events and services to drive sales.
• Stay informed about products and promotions.
