Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, provide product recommendations, and perform makeup applications and skincare analysis. You will assist with sales, store cleanliness, and in-store events, while engaging guests and supporting leadership in achieving targets.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to work flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for guest service and selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests and answering questions.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restocking, and adherence to store procedures.
