Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in our Hendersonville, NC store. You will engage guests, perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, greet shoppers, and support sales goals through product demonstrations and in-store events.

This role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Prior retail or beauty experience and familiarity with POS systems earn preference.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology and POS systems.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
