Job summary

Kohl's is hiring a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client engagement. You will master top beauty brands, execute visual standards, and support replenishment and inventory tasks to keep the department showroom-ready.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and perform product demonstrations to inspire purchases, while completing required trainings and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upselling opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to customers.
• Demonstrate products and applications to inspire sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support omni-processing and inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
