Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client interactions. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute visual merchandising, and support replenishment according to Kohl’s Sephora standards.

You will upsell, demonstrate products, complete training, and ensure a high-quality client experience while maintaining department cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty and client service.
• Experience in a client-facing retail or service role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through consultative needs analysis and upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and applications to inspire purchase.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale and manage price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged products/fixtures to supervisor.
