Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and consultative client interactions. You will maintain product knowledge, execute merchandising standards, and support replenishment while delivering an excellent client experience in-store.

You will build loyalty, upsell when applicable, and participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge and sales skills. This role supports omni-processing and inventory tasks within the department.

Formación

• Authentic passion for beauty and ability to engage clients with a consultative approach.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear influence.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends credibility to clients.
• Inspire clients by product demonstrations and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards, including tester maintenance and cleanliness.
