Kohl's Sephora Beauty Advisor is a client-facing role where you drive sales with a genuine passion for beauty. You will consult with clients to identify needs, demonstrate products, and maintain expert knowledge of premium brands while upholding Sephora at Kohl’s merchandising standards.

You’ll build loyalty, upsell where appropriate, complete required training, and support inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure a clean, inviting department.

Formación

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including opportunities to upsell.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
