Job summary

The Hills is a Discovery Land Company property located in the Hamptons. Seasonal Bartenders will craft cocktails, serve guests, and contribute to a high-standard drink program at The Hills in East Quogue, NY, during the spring to fall season.

Roles involve indoor/outdoor work, strong guest interaction, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. Housing options may be available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) months of front-of-house experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs.

Responsibilities

• Execute craft cocktails and present new ideas to management.
• Mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff.
• Greet guests and members politely, and by name when possible.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas at all times.
• Execute cocktail recipes and follow house-made ingredients.
