Discovery Land Company in the Hamptons is seeking a seasonal Bartender for the Dune Deck Beach Club and The Hills locations. The role runs April 1, 2027 – October 31, 2027, with H-2B visa sponsorship available.

You will craft cocktails, greet guests, and provide exceptional service in a high-end resort setting. Responsibilities include maintaining bar cleanliness, executing recipes, managing POS transactions, and offering beverage and wine pairings to members and guests with professional

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) months of front-of-house experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts longer than eight hours.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Work indoors and outdoors.
• Stand, walk, and move for more than four hours.
• May be required to lift and carry items greater than 50 pounds.
• Background check will be performed at the expense of the employer.

Responsibilities

• Execute craft cocktails and develop new ideas for management.
• Mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff.
• Greet guests and members promptly and by name when possible.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and storage areas.
• Follow cocktail recipes and house-made ingredients.
• Enter transactions into the POS and provide accurate checks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beverages and wine selections.
• Respond to guest needs with a sense of urgency.
