Discovery Land Company operates Dune Deck Beach Club in Westhampton Beach, NY, and The Hills in East Quogue, NY. The Seasonal Bartender role runs April–October 2027 with H-2B visa sponsorship available.

The position includes crafting cocktails, guest service, and wine recommendations to members and guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining bar cleanliness, accurate POS transactions, and knowledge of beverages, wines, and pairings.

Competenze

• Twelve (12) months of front-of-house experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts greater than eight (8) hours in length.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Bartender will craft cocktails and present new ideas to management.
• Mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or via staff.
• Greet guests and members promptly and by name when possible.
• Maintain bar and storage areas clean and organized.
• Follow cocktail recipes and prepare syrups and house-made ingredients.
• Record all transactions in the POS system and issue accurate checks.
