Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Working knowledge of bar beverages, spirits, wine and beer.
• Familiarity with common cocktails, mixed drinks and specialty drinks.

Responsibilities

• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to recipes.
• Issue checks for drinks served via electronic input system.
• Maintain daily inventory of liquors, beers, wines and tobacco and stock as needed.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and polish glasses.
